VeRO removing my LEGIT items, HELP!?
Im trying to sell a few Titleist clubs on Ebay, but the rights owner Acushnet is constantly removing them. My items have been removed 7 times now. I checked the allegations, and Acushnet is claiming I am selling counterfeit products. I have called Titleist and they said they were real... So I email Acushnet, and they say they have proof my products are counterfeit, I ask how, and they say there not allowed to say. THEY HAVE NO EVIDENCE yet Ebay allows this complete bull****.... When I wrote to Ebay, i got a completely useless, automated message. Can anyone help me?!
The product Ive been attempting to sell are Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport2 putters.
Get a lawyer and have him get what evidence Acushnet says they have on you.
