There isn't a lot of information here. You seem to appreciate when he is sweet to you, so I'm fairly certain that he likes you. But what do you mean by acting like you are invisible? Do you mean you are in the room but he is caught up doing something (watching football, playing video games) and doesn't interact with you? Or does he ignore you when you try to talk to him?
I cannot formulate an answer for the second question that disrupts the conclusion that he likes you just fine, and he may be a bit odd is all. ^_^
