I have trougle controlling my trajectory with my short irons and wedges?
I have trougle controlling my trajectory with my short irons and wedges. I currently ave these sorry maxfli wedges. If I were to get new wedes would that help me controll my trajectory more. If so what kind?
The problem is probably not the clubs, but rather when you release the club. Short irons will easily come up almost twenty yards short if you release the club too early. If you release the hands early the ball will pop up, and if you release too late the ball will have a low flight. A low flight is much better because it will still get distance and spin. Try to set your hands in front of the ball for a lower flight, or above the ball for higher. This does not work as well with long irons because they have a higher loft.
