do i need new golf clubs?

i am 52 and havent played seriously since high school but
still have the strokes

i have
callaway great bib bertha ruger titanium iron woods with 5 missing
they are grey shafts and firm flex.

the irons are callaways as well
x-12 rch 96 series with firm flex

my putter is the ping crazzee and it stays

first -
these clubs were payment for a debt (the putter i had)
what did they cost new and what are they worth now?

what do i do about the missing 5 metal wood

how about getting a big driver and getting some hybrids

and what about wedges

finally which ball should i hit

im 6 ft 275 and a farm boy.

whatever yahoo says i will do--money is not an issue

If money isn't an issue then you should definitely get new clubs. I would definitely go and get fitted for some clubs. Any good pro shop will have you hit all different kinds of clubs and do measurements and get the club that will work best for you. Also they will normally do this for free if you are going to buy your clubs there. You will be amazed how much of a difference custom fitted clubs will make. Also the new technology does make a difference especially for amateurs, clubs today are much more "forgiving". As far as hybrids go, go and try some long irons and then hybrids see which you like better, one isn't better than the other it is more personal preference.
