What clubs should i get to fill the gap between by 4-iron and my driver?
I got a 4-sw taylormade r7 iron set for my birthday. Currently the 4 iron is the longest club in my bag besides the driver. I hit the 4 190-200 yards and the driver 260+. I am thinking a taylormade 3hybrid and another club, any suggestions?
I have a 3 hybrid then a 3 wood. The 3 hybrid gives me a similar distance to my 5 wood, so I dropped that, but needed the 3 wood for many of the shots on my course. This allows me to carry 4 wedges (PW, 53, 56 and 60 degrees). Make sure to factor in the kind of shots you will play most often on your course - any long par 3s or short par 4s? Any long carries or par 5 second shots? Match those shots/distances with the clubs you would need to hit.
