How many grams of protein should a 13 year old girl have each day?
I am 13 and i want to be a vegetarian and I am 5' 5" and weigh 136 lbs.
How many grams of protein should i have each day and what are some ideas of vegetarian protein options?
Also how much should a 13 year old that is 5'5" weigh? im currently 136 lbs.
According to nutritionists you need .8 grams per kilogram of your body weight per day. If you work out you need about 1-1.5. So to convert your weight from pounds to kilo's you divide by 2.2 then multiply by .8 So the answer to your question...You need 50 grams of protein a day for a healthy diet
