Golf Grips Pride
Why do some golfers put the name of their grip on the back of the shaft not the front?
I noticed that several tour players put the name of their grip, for example Golf Pride, on the back of the shaft not the front. I was just wondering why they do that.
the logo could cause a distraction. players hands would line up , cover the logo this would throw the feel of the club off. also with logo on the front. if grip is slightly misaligned would cause alignment problems. other reason. endorsement. major manufactures have their own logo on clubs. ping taylor made etc. with golf pride showing brand i d unknown. just a matter of personal preference.
